When I start the climate control system on my 1996 PA, the display blinks for several seconds, but starts OK. However, I can only get air from the windshield and floor vents. Everything else appears to be normal: compressor seems OK, ambient air temperature is accurate, temperature changes (cold-hot-cold). How do I get air flow from the mid vents?
