Fan stays on & blower stays on
Re: 95 Buick LeSabre 3.8 L Limited Edition: I installed a A/C By Pass Pulley to give me time to work on my compressor and the fan and blower in the car stays on. Of course, I disconnected all the connectors. Will there be any harm done with the fan and blower running all the time does one of those connectors that I took off need to be reconnected.?

When you say all the connectors...... how many , where ?
If the control panel in the car isn't calling for any A/C the fan(s) should not be going unless you have an overheat condition. Some systems use a fail safe type system where if you loose control it will automatically go to fan on to prevent overheating.
If the fan(s) are running for not too long a period of time they should not wear out too fast. That is always a consideration.

Hanky, thanks for your reply. What I did do was to reconnect what I could and that amounts to two connectors (1) to one of the pipes and (2) the single pin squeeze type and it did the job, so now all I have to do is replace the bearing in the compressor clutch, which I need an exploded view drawing for and I can put the comp. back. Thanks again. Bob
