Hello everyone,
i have a brand new buick lacrosse 3.6l V6 and i was wondering where i can find a...
- Custom Cool-air Intake
-Possibly a supercharger that will go with the engine itself?

The good thing about the 3.6l in the Buick is that it's the same engine as in the new Camaro V6. The downside is that the Camaro is RWD and the Buick is FWD. The engines are placed differently (horizontal as apposed to longitudinally). I believe that there is enough room to get a Camaro intake to fit in under the hood if you moved it to the opposite side.

Here is a pic of the Buick Engine bay:

And the Camaro V6:

You may just need to have it go left instead of to the right... wouldn't be too hard. Here are some Cold Air intakes I found

The supercharger is a whole other story and may take some work to fit. Easy to find if you google "Camaro V6 supercharger" I know that lingenfelter makes one.

What do you mean "I believe that there is enough room to get a Camaro intake to fit in under the hood if you moved it to the opposite side."
Are you saying i need to move the in-take to the other side of the engine?

No, I merely meant that the cold air intakes that you can buy are usually bent and you would simply just need to face the bend towards the other direction in order to get it to fit.

you are very welcome

This post is way old. Agree, big mistake trying to go supercharger? Your intake should be fresh air direct from factory. Mass Airflow Sensor located in intake also after filter usually, why would you move it? For a V6 provides plenty of induction. Put in a K&N filter if anything. My 2016 LaCrosse is rated 305NHP (V6) I believe and for what it's worth a very smooth and adequate power plant. Know the difference as my other car is seat of the pants 444NHP and can be actually uncontrollable.

Don't turn the car into something it's not or never could be even supercharged...... And probably has gone through 2 or 3 more cars since post lol.
