Default Removing Harmonic Balancer - 97 Buick LeSabre

I am trying to remove the Harmonic Balancer from my 97 Buick LaSabre and having difficulty. I would like to verify if the thread is standard or reverse thread. I'm guessing it is reverse. Any suggestions on how to hold the pulley to get the damper bolt loose?

Default Harmonic Balancer

Thanks for the help. We did get the pulley off. It took an impact wrench. Actually we had to take the pulley off because the crank sensor was damaged when the serpentine belt came off. When we got it back together, the check engine light came on and it threw a code P0300. This code means the crank sensor needed to go thru a "crank sensor learn procedure". After the car ran awhile the check engine light went off. It hasn't come back on since and the car is running fine. Do you think this means the "learn procedure" is not needed? Thanks again.
