I''ve tried to sell the motor whole, but without much luck, so unless I''m
resorting to parting it out.

I was building it for my 67 Skylark, hit some huge title issues. Then a car
my dad sold when I was in high school came up for sale by the guy who
bought it so my husband bought it for me. Now the car has been hulled
off - gave it away for free and kept my engine I was building.

The build sheet was well over $3,200, but I just don''t have a use for it
now. So my hubby and the speed shop owner I''m friends with helped me
break it down. Anyone interested let me know and I''ll figure shipping
based on your zip. I started listing some of these on eBay if you wanna
check them out there too. http://myworld.ebay.com/thefenderbender

Aluminum Cylinder Heads - only manufactured stock in 1964 $650
I have quite a bit of work and new parts into them:
• Hot Tanked
• Pressure Tested
• Surfaced
• New hardened seats installed
• New valves, springs, locks, retainers, and valve guides
• 3 angle valve job

The cost of machine work alone here is $800-900 then parts on top of
that.

Aluminum 4-Barrel Intake - from a 1964 block – $125
• They are “stock” (with no machine work) and hot tanked.

Cast Iron 2-Barrel Intake - from 167 block $25
• "Stock" - (no machine work)
• Hot Tanked

Balanced Rotating Assembly - $500
• 10/10 Crank
• Recon Rods with ARP Bolts
• New Pistons & Rings - 20 Over
• Matching Rod & Main Bearings

1964 Block - $250
• Hot Tanked & Magna-fluxed
• Bored 20 Over
• 0 Decked
• Honed & Line Bored with ARP Main Studs
• New Cam Bearings & Freeze Plugs Installed
• Painted Buick Blue

The machine work alone cost me $875 then plus the ARP Bolts on-top of
that

Exhaust Manifolds - $75
Original set from the 1967 block

Complete FelPro Gasket Set - $125
I paid close to $300 for it - the machine shop could only find this one as
a complete set. I never even took it out of the box.

Note:

I also have the valve train assembly, 300 Buick tin, Double Roller Timing
Chain & Gears, and some bracketry. I have to take photos of those still
and look the brands up off of the packaging.

Shipping:

I''m asking interested parties to send me their zip code so I can estimate
costs of shipping for them. I only ever ask for what it costs me and do my
best to find the most cost effective option for you.
