Hello I've got and 1992 Buick lesabre 3.8v6 when I bought it it would start then die I did map sensor cam sensor knock sensor tune up new coils fuel pump fuel regulator fuel lines still start for 2 seconds then dies so I found a run 92 Buick Regal same exact motor running great 80k on motor had it put straight in then went to start and it's still do the same exactly thing start then die will NOT RUN so a few people said maybe the engine control module so I took mine out called Oreilly's as they describe it and I looked it up mine is a ac Delco and it just a small box no attachment but Oreillys says that it should some type of chip on the box mine does not have any chip I bought the car not running so could it just be the wrong dam engine control module or something else and maybe I put a new engine in for no reason?? Help!
