Hey everyone. I''m new to the forum and need guidance throughout a swap i''m getting ready to do. I have a 1987 Buick regal limited with a 307 and i want more torque and horses. I''m not trying to build a race car or anything. just want a good response from the car when i hit the pedal (specially at take off). the 307 is not cutting it whatsoever. i wanna drop a 350 chevy in it and was told a turbo 350 tranny would be a good choice. i have a few questions.

1. there are emissions regulations here in denver, co. i need it to pass. can i get at least 280 horses and it still pass?
2. what car should i take the engine out of to put it in mine? (it''s getting rebuilt before it goes in my regal)
3. what motor mounts will i need? what car do i get them out of?
4. will i be able to use all the components from my 307 on the 350? (i.e. alternator, starter, radiator, a/c, exhaust, intake, ecm)

Any and all information is appreciated. Please help. advise is appreciated.
